(Jasmine Pearl – 銀針珍珠茉莉)
This artisan long-bud green tea is picked in the spring, tightly hand rolled and then stored until jasmine flowers bloom in the summer. The tea is scented and dried 5 times to achieve maximum aroma of the Jasmine flowers and sweet, soft flavors. The tea blossoms like flowers when brewed as the rolled leaves open. Very good with many Asian styles of cooking.
